The Cactus Club near English Bay boasts a prime location with stunning waterfront views. The food, like the ravioli, ceviche tuna Tamaki are delicious. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere blends casual with upscale perfectly. It’s a great spot for a meal by the bay.

Food, service and atmosphere all SO GOOD. I celebrated my birthday here with my friends, it was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place and truffle Parmesan chicken, the chicken is slightly fried, so it’s crunchy outside and tender& juicy inside. A wonderful drizzling night. I booked this for the sunset view near the beach, but it went dark before we arrived so it’s the only pity. Far from my house but I’ll definitely come back again !!!

Chances, are you are coming here for the food at happy hour. Or maybe you’re coming to this location for the view. Well cactus club has both dialled in with this location. I had a burger. It was pretty good. I mean it’s not the best burger I’ve had but when you want a burger and you’re at the cactus club, you know you’re getting a decent burger. The fries were great. I mean they’re not the best fries I’ve ever had but you know when you’re at the cactus club you’re having decent fries. The service is always on point and the atmosphere well, it’s cactus club. It’s awesome..

This was my first time at Cactus Club Cafe. Being in Vancouver for the first time as well, I took a Taxi from Granville Island Market back to the Waterfront and the driver recommended me going there to see the Sunset. We just made the last light of the day and I was glad to see the beach. It was pumping at 5pm on this Sunday night, and we were lucky to get seating right away since we didn’t book. The food was really tasty and well presented. We shared several plates of food enjoying a tapas style dinner. The cocktails were also great. We had a very enjoyable last night in Vancouver. By 7pm it had calmed down and there were more tables available. Our server was very patient and friendly despite the pressure. I hope I can go again.

This was one of our faves this weekend EXCELLENT food was all so flavorful and fresh! The drinks were amazing and I don't recall our servers name but we had him both days and he helped make it a great experience. A must visit for sure

I stopped by this restaurant while traveling, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. Dining on the terrace with such a beautiful view made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. And believe it or not, I actually saw Amanda Seyfried, Selena Gomez, and Elle Fanning there Their service was also excellent

Had a great experience at Cactus Club Cafe – English Bay! Big shoutout to Kevin for his amazing service—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed as it was a birthday celebration of my cousin. The vibe, food, and service were all top-notch. Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We were a party of five , my family was visiting from Turkey, so I wanted to take them somewhere with a warm service, and a menu that wasn’t too limited. I made a 6 p.m. reservation at Cactus Club Cafe, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We started with Fried Chicken, Calamari, and the dish that completely blew us away the Crab & Artichoke Dip served warm with nachos. I honestly give that appetizer a 10 out of 10 (actually 1000 out of 10!). Everyone at the table loved it, and I’ll definitely order it again next time. I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take photos! For mains, we ordered The Feenie Burger, Steak Frites, Blackened Chicken, Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken, and I had the Butternut Squash Ravioli with Prawns. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The Mediterranean Bowl was overall excellent ,the beet hummus was my mom’s favorite although the smoky flavor of the chicken wasn’t exactly to our taste. My personal favorite, and the table’s winner of the night was definitely my ravioli. I normally don’t love butternut squash because of its sweetness, but this dish was perfectly balanced, rich, and incredibly flavorful. The portions were generous, the presentation was refined, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We left with big smiles on our faces. I’ll absolutely be coming back! — We wanted to update our review because we were back at this amazing place again on New Year’s Eve and once again, everything was outstanding. We had an 11:00 pm reservation, and even though we arrived about 10 minutes early, the gentlemen at the entrance seated us immediately. Honestly, it didn’t take long for us to decide what to order because the crab dip was already living rent-free in our minds. We started with appetizers right away. This time I chose the jalapeño margarita, and I absolutely loved it which says a lot, because I’m not really a cocktail person. I truly want to applaud the kitchen actually, the entire team. I’m a line cook myself, and I’ve worked New Year’s Eve services before. I even told my boyfriend, “The kitchen must be going crazy right now.” Despite that, every single one of our orders was flawless. The crab dip arrived without any wait and was piping hot, which made us incredibly happy. I honestly can’t express how satisfied we were. A huge thank you to your entire team; from the servers and hosts to the chefs, cooks, dishwashers, and bartenders. There is always a strong team behind service like this, and it really shows. Our server was also such a lovely woman. For my main, I ordered the truffle parmesan chicken, and it was phenomenal. The portion size was very generous, so much so that even though my boyfriend ordered a double blackened chicken, I still ended up giving him half of mine! We welcomed the New Year together at midnight, and the atmosphere was incredibly joyful and festive. It was also a special night for us because it was our anniversary as well. Everything went smoothly, and we truly had an amazing time. And that crab dip… it’s legendary. In my hometown, we have a traditional dish — hot hummus with pastrami served in a stone bowl. Anyone who eats hummus cold simply doesn’t understand how good it can be. It’s so delicious that when it’s served as a sharing plate, people usually order at least two for the table.
